While I am very happy with the final product of our deck, it was very disappointing to not have the final touches addressed after the final evaluation of construction. I was told that these items would be addressed after the crew finished another project, but more than a month later from this update (3 months from the completion of the project) and it still wasn't taken care of. The final details were to place a shim under a post, secure the post caps, and address some very minor damage to the patio door frame that occurred during demolition.

Everything up until this went well with good communication from the team.

I wish I had called Upright Fence Downright Patios a year earlier. I could get hardly any patio companies to call me back in March 2021. The few that did, never visited on-site. Sean came on-site, explained the process, explained how the work would be done, what his team would cover when they were on-site,and explained how weather and other jobs in progress impacted our timeline.

During the course of having our patio installed, Sean was in contact with us at every step of the process. His on-site team was also very accommodating in answering questions and making minor modifications when we reached each stage of setup before the pour.

I’ll recommend Upright/Downright to anyone who needs a patio.

We got our new fence from Upright this year , we are very happy with the work that was performed.
The crew arrived on time built our fence on site so it was custom to our property , cleaned up all the mess and finished in a day which is a huge deal when you have dogs.

They built a custom pergola with 42" lattice sides and attached dog run. The men that did the job were so hard-working and professional. I cannot tell you how many compliments we've gotten on it. They always were on time also, great job!

Shawn was recommended to me by a friend who I trust. I got a few quotes from a couple fencing companies in our area but ultimately went with him when he came out and did our estimate. He was straightforward and didn't try to upsell. They were able to start our job within 2 weeks of our quote and there was no lapse in communication like a few of the other fencing companies.
His guys came in and finished our quality fence within a day and we are exceptionally happy with the product and communication throughout the process. We would recommend to a friend or family.
