I cannot recommend Patrick and the rest of Uprise team enough. They replaced the roofs on my main house and garage, before installing a 28 panel (11.2 kW) system. Uprise made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish, communicating frequently with me every step of the way. The quality of the work is phenomenal and I’m so happy to have made the investment. You’d be hard pressed to find a better partner on your solar journey

The staff at Uprise Solar went above and beyond for every part of our solar panel project. They met with us personally in a low-pressure conversation to discuss all the aspects of the process. Our house is in the historic preservation zone on Capitol Hill (DC) and we were concerned about forfeiting a deposit if our permits were not approved. Uprise figured out a way to manage the financing so that we would not be out any money, and then they managed the entire permitting process which was approved without a problem. We had a few small issues that arose after the installation process and each time the staff were easy to contact and immediately responsive with solutions. My impression is that they have made responsive customer care a top priority; it makes a huge difference to deal with a company that isn't just trying to close a project but wants its customers to be happy and feel they have been treated well.

I'm really glad we went with Uprise for our solar. We recently moved into our home, and we would get knocks on our door from multiple solar companies. What made Uprise stand out initially was that when they knocked on our door, they weren't pushy at all. The first question was "Are you interested in solar, and if yes, would you like to learn more?". That made me want to talk to them, and they came across as passionate about spreading solar and not concerned only with getting our business.
They had my interest and connected me with Patrick after that. He was fantastic -- he came for a visit with a custom plan for us and explained the solar process, laws, costs, and our options. We took time to think it all through but ultimately chose to move forward.
From there, Patrick and the team made it incredibly easy! We signed some documents and then Leandro and his team came for a site visit and then installation. They did such a great job and installation only took a day. They had had to make some holes in our drywall near the breaker box to connect a cable, but they connected us with their contractor Tony who then came by and patched it all up perfectly.
Our system was just turned on this week, and Patrick came by again to show us our system and app tracking and answer any questions. It's super satisfying to see all the energy we're producing.
The process was pain free and I would work with Patrick, Leandro, Tony, and the whole team again hands down. Thank you all!

Smooth process from start to finish! They were very patient with my numerous questions and delayed decision-making. They did a seamless job on the install and repaired the drywall free of charge. They also handled all approvals and set me up for the SRECs.

Great People, great company!
Panels installed on two houses, even though other companies were reluctant bc of the roof shape.
The installation process was flow less, employees were skilled,
accommodating and very polite.

Dealing with Uprise has been a bit of a relief, honestly. From the sales aspect to the actual roofing, solar installation, and activation process, everyone I have dealt with has demonstrated pride in what they do and the services they provide. I get up on my roof, and I can easily see it. Every single person has been above-board, amenable, and professional to a very high standard. In several cases, the company has gone above and beyond to explain peculiarities in my situation and advocate for a solution. I am ***VERY*** happy I chose Uprise over the companies that my neighbors went with.
