Kayla, at Urban Design was a fantastic communicator and services representative from start to finish. Butch, who was our service engineer came out today (right on time) to access our generator and tune it up. He was just awesome!

I will certainly hope to have Kayla and Butch from Urban Design handle all of our service call needs.They are pro's and a BIG

The electrician that fixed our electrical issue was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in determining the scope of work that needed to be done. He explained what steps he would be taking and answered all of my questions. He was not in a rush to take shortcuts. Instead he made sure all possible avenues were explored as he went through the troubleshooting process.
The customer service staff was also professional and communicated reminders about the appointment, the work that went into the quote, and answered my questions in a knowledgeable and patient manner.

Urban Design saved our butts when the power went off. Butch, the service man, was professional and was great to work with, and the office could not have been more helpful. Even with the computer outage (happened while we were waiting for our Generator service) they stayed in touch and walked us thru until they could get here. Great company
