I used Urbatect for the structural review of my renovation plans. Mayank and his team were very prompt with their work for any follow up that was needed by the city as well. Overall a great team to work with. Highly recommended!

Im a stucco sub-contractor. I have worked with Urbatect Development for many projects in the past. Eric and his team are super organized, efficient, fast working, clean and always pay their sub-contractors on time. They go above and beyond to meet and exceed their clients timeline and expectations. I have personally worked with their custom homes, additions and remodels and currently in the process of starting some commercial work. I highly recommend Urbatect Development because in this fast paced and demanding industry they are one of the best most efficient fast and great on their prices. My family & I are so excited about our ADU project coming to reality! We are about to pour concrete on our 1,000SF ADU! The Urbatect team has been nothing but phenomenal from day one. From the design phase to permitting and until now during construction, everything has been amazing!
