I was lied to about pretty much everything. All that I was promised by my sales rep is a lie. I am now paying for panels and an electric bill. I was promised a 30 dollar monthly bill, rebates from them, and annual refund from the electric company (came to 39 cents) and now my rep won't respond to me. I was also told that there would be no charge for my tree services and insulation in my attic if I used them. That was an additional 10k. I am now looking into lawyers to handle this. Please do your homework before you use these people. I'm out 40k+ and do not want this to happen to anyone else. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Sales Reps are very nice. However, there is a failure of communication from them. They called to tell me that the job would take 2 to 3 hours. The day before the install, they called and said 3 to 5 hours. These people have been here for a full 8 hours. I thought maybe they didn't know much English, so i called customer care. Thought they would reach out to find out how much longer. But they just said nothing they can do. I asked the guys, they said an hour. So I called customer service to ask them to make sure they tell their future customers that it COULD be 3 to 10 hours because someone HAS to be there while they do the work, the whole time. When I hung up, the guys said they are done. This was just after they said an hour, so now I feel like they just wanna leave and something isn't done right. I'm not liking this at all. No comfort or communication offered other than the sale and the start of each phase of the project. Just be prepared to be IN YOUR HOME and present the entire 8 hours they are there. Hoping to save you some grief.

Bad business they don't help with issues that we have light bill never went down 2 years later we call every week and no one helps. Panel broken at no fault to us and they want us to pay to get it fixed. I just want the shit to work correctly and out light bill be normal price
We have been paying solar 282 every month and we still pay duke about 200 every month also been 3 years now

Don't waste your time or money. I pay for solar panels plus a light bill. Was told I have tree cutting services with my solar panels. Well, that was a lie, Now only part of my panels are getting the sunlight. Now I have to cover the cost of a tree trimming service that's not cheap. Plus, the cost of the panels is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get these solar panels from this company.

This company does not communicate well. They over promise and under deliver. Their customer service is subpar. I was promised savings going solar. Now I pay more when combining solar and TECO. I have had the panels for 4 years. Multiple technical difficulties with zero resolution.

Update 3/3/25: My advice, stay far away from this company. They are now telling me I need more panels when I was originally promised my electric bill would never be more than $40/month and every month since having them installed, it has been more than $40. A re-assessment shows I need more panels.

My reps were Cody and Maxwell. Cody did a wonderful job explaining the program from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable. I will be saving at least $15k in the long run. Plus my dog Ruby approved of them as well.

It was a mistake to install the solar panels. The installers destroyed my TV antenna and they left without saying a word. I only noticed when my reception began to be blurry.

The installation was in the opposite right side.they installed at the east side of the house where the trees of the neighbor obstructs the sunlight the whole day, instead the West where there is not a tree and the sunlight is almost each day.
No reduction in the electrical bill. This month I received a bill from FPL (the electricity company) for 180 dollars plus 83 dollars from EMPHASE that is the company that RENT the solar panels

US Solar and EMPHASE, nah, nah that is a mistake, terrible mistake.

We believe and we are defensors of the environment, we are educated in ecology and other sciences, but in relation with this, I think that I will continue with the traditional fossil fuels or until the government really, really does something about at least in the USA ( this looks almost impossible). If you to Europe you will see the difference!!!!

They told me I would get 11 thousand dollars but never received it. They also told me I would pay 10 or 15 dollars for fpl, but now I am paying between 100 and 140. They increased the monthly payment because I never received the 11 thousand. Can anyone help me see to get this situated, please
