Sleazy outfit. They have people call and claim to be employees but are really just overseas scam artist. If they valued their reputation they would do something about it. But they will probably deny it and just blame the messenger. You have been warned.

One of their sales reps called me today to ask me if I wanted to save money on solar. I kindly explained that I already have solar and it was installed in January of 2024. She told me I was lying because she can see my roof and I don't have any solar panels. She needs to update her database

We're a commercial subscriber to one of their solar gardens and couldn't be happier. We're lucky to have gotten a spot. It was such a breeze to set up and have had no issues with our payments or utility credits. The Team is great and you can tell they truly care about the work they're doing. It's awesome to be able to tell our clients we support solar even in this leased office building space.

I had to wait a little longer than expected for my solar farm to get up and running (but wasn't charged before it came online, don't worry!) but now that it is it's fantastic to see credits every month on my Xcel energy bill and know that I'm helping to fund renewable and less carbon-intense energy streams.

I didn't experience any high-pressure sales tactics, all my questions were answered quickly, and the contract was written in clear language.

I have about 500W of solar panels on my garage for charging my electric bike and power tools, but for the rest of my power it made the most sense to use the economy of scale and site placement of a solar garden, rather than my roof.

My dad signed up and has been a member for a few years now. I was quite suprised he did it. He is usually pretty skeptical especially when it comes to technology and things like this. He has been very happy and highly recommends signing up. He holds onto his credit checks from EXCEL and proudly shows people if they question him if it was worth it. Therefore I am a new customer too!

I signed on for a Sunscription account about a year ago and it went live earlier this year. Overall I'd say it's been a positive experience once I was able to see credits applied to my Excel energy bill. It was a lot less then I was expecting but I am saving money each month. Average savings have been anywhere between 5-12 dollars a month. Since they apply a slightly larger credit to my energy bill each month, it's more of a minor monthly discount than a billable service. One area of improvement I would recommend is to have a better online account dashboard that is user friendly with monthly statements and whatnot. Otherwise I'd recommend them!

This has been a really positive experience. We love investing in solar energy, and it results in money saved on our end, which is a nice perk. All great customer service experiences as well - everyone is super friendly. Very thankful we got involved, and would absolutely recommend to anyone else to jump in as well!
