Since 2019 this company has been calling my business and telling myself and my employees that they are with my electric provider, AEP. They then will tell you that they are your energy broker when they in fact aren't. I would put the sales tactics of these people on par with another company called Ntherm. I have multiple emails showing that I have had to cancel contracts they have sent over due to them lying.

Chris Johnson, Suzanne Hall, and Thomas Newbill have all contacted us and argued with me that they are my energy broker after I've politely explained to them that if they were, they would know I already have a contract with a better rate through the supplier they offered.

Stay far away from this business!

This place is a complete scam, pushy, and rude. I went to a real broker and got half the price, thank god I was able to cancel my contract and get a better one before it was too late. These people are awful.

Mark Bramble is a TERRIBLE representation of this company. This guy called my business trying to get me to lock in a rate for 2022 and we are still in 2020. After I refused signing up he became EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful, he was pronouncing my name wrong and when I advised him of how to pronounce it, in his words "Oh, it doesn't matter". I would NEVER do business with this company. This guy needs to either be FIRED or take some classes on professionalism/ customer service.
