Not even worth one star. Please do not get in business with this company, customer service is horrible, no communication between installers and schedulars. Showed up at my home with out my knowledge. Still waiting for panels to get turned on since June 2024, still waiting on repairs to be done to my home after the install. Just absolutely horrible.

V3 has an excellent front desk and on-site installation crew. Had trouble with our initially assigned account manager as he left V3 and we lost our place in the queue for several months because they couldn’t access his computer files. Delays lost us our $500 battery rebate from Tesla. Took too long from start until “ready to operate.” But, D’arci, our accounting manager worked very professionally and helpful to resolve some final account issues with us to our satisfaction.

I'm one year into the install and it still is not completed. I was told going with their panels, I would no longer need to have So Cal Edison. The panels were installed in early Nov 2023, with nothing done since. In April workers came to do more work, when I was told my central A/C unit would have ro still run off of Edison. The only reason I wanted more panels was because my A/C uses significant electricity. I spoke to a rep in June who said it would cost me $15,000 to remove the panels. She had told me the A/C could be running off of solar too, which is what I hoped. She said I would be contacted in the next few days to schedule completion of project. That was the first week of June 2024, with no further contact. I now have to pay for electricity another full year, even though I have panels on my roof. V3 just has not completed the project, but will charge me to cone take the panels? I guess I just have panels now that will never actually make energy.

I had solar installed by V3 Electric in 2020 right before COVID. If it wasn't for this solar my bills would have been outrageous like many of my friends and family. They do quality work and I have had NO issues with anything so far. I have sent many people there way and would suggest for everyone to take a look at this value!

Additional panels and a battery storage system were installed at my home by V3 in 2023. From a technical side, Q-cell panels and a Tesla battery were installed. Both are performing to expectations and am happy with their performance. From an installation view, the installers were very good and technically qualified. Installation was performed over a 4 day period and the electrical components were installed with a very clean appearance. The battery was installed inside the garage. The downside of the installation is that it occurred over a 3 month period. The home office did not appear to know our home’s installation status or the technical issues encountered. Multiple emails sent to explain the issues and to get the installation scheduled for completion so that the county inspector could come out to approve the system. From contract signing to energization, the entire process took 10 months.

Knocked on the door claiming to be a government program; Won't mention their company's name even I asked multiple times to the sale rep and the "technical engineer"; Unprofessionally wrote kWh as kW per hour; Pushed super hard to get personal contact information, electric bill, to get inside and check breaker panel, and to sign agreement, and pretended to be not able to send to my email for review; Provided a purchase price with no breakdowns or any details.

Joked (or not?) to come back and find me if I do not call back the next day. Would not deal with them. Be aware before you give out any info to them.

Absolutely the worst!!! Do not go w this company. They were sent out by Sunova to upgrade our panels. Panels were installed in July they have been out numerous times for various reasons. It is almost the middle of Oct. we were told panels were up and running in Aug. and as of today our panels are not producing bc they failed to contact Sunova to say job was completed even after Edison gave go ahead. If I could give negative stars I would.

I am extremely regretting about installing solar panels and batteries with V3 Electric. When sales person came to explain, no mention about increase in home insurance premiums and apparently, adding solar and batteries into pre existing system is a "violation" of contract so you cant use all your solar panels together with batteries ( additional panels are the only ones that connected to batteries and those are only one that counts to metering. ) Of course, no one explained about this either. Due to this issue, huge electricity bill+ increase in premium+ payment to everbright which is their financial company. Paying way more than not having batteries.

Don't really communicate with customers and had to ask MULTIPLE emails and phone calls, but still didn't get the answer from company. Had to ask outside vendor that V3 asked to come from Florida.

Please reconsider when you use this company. I haven't been recommending anyone whoever is considering installing panels and batteries.

And For V3, please do not reply to this review saying contact CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried for 2 months to get this issue resolved and NOTHING worked with extreme bitter experiences

*Update 9/16
I called back to talk to someone who left a voicemail and she is " out of office " but surprisingly right after call, a reply from this review came up.
According to V3's response, I need to contact everbright but the main problem is, sales person from V3 DIDN'T explain prior to the agreement that I have to get PRE APPROVAL to connect to existing system. Because of that, at this point, only way I can fix the issue is either PAY OFF SOLAR PANEL or HAVE TO LIVE like this because EVERBRIGHT is not giving approval to connect two systems because V3 sales person NEVER explain.
