Valdez Architects have been great to work with in designing a home for me in Sedona. Both Freddie and Andrea are a great team and provide excellent services. I always thought the process of designing and building a home would be stressful, but Valdez Architects have made the process seem easy and it has been fun working with them throughout the design and the building phase of my project. One great attribute of Valdez Architects is they have a unique niche in providing both great architectural and interior design services. Before we even broke ground, we had all of interior designed all the way down from the tile to window shades. I always looked forward to their videos showing me the progress of the home design and explaining to me in a lot of detail the process and questioning me on items that needed my input. When we first heard of Valdez Architects, we wanted to see how creative they actually were. We were invited to their home to see their ideas and to physically see how they incorporated their tastes and ideas into their home. They showed us many designs in their home and in books. Everything was top notch and extremely classy! We were impressed beyond words. Our investment group was starting a commercial project, and after meeting the owners of Valdez Architects, we immediately knew Freddie and his team were the perfect people for the project. All the planning, meetings, and presentations to the City and public were all done professionally and without any issues.
