Just got our service from Vale today and want to mention what a superb job they do. Spraying our lawn, bushes and trees they even brush our soffits under our eaves. Upon their arrival they always ask what needs we might have with our landscaping so they can concentrate on that issue. Been using them for 5 years and highly recommend VALE Environmental Services.

I almost lost 2 very expensive palm trees using Vale Environmental services. Due to this, I asked Vale to not charge me for the last month and they refused. I fired them and received an angry phone call from the owner. Within 2 weeks of being treated and fertilized by Franklin Pest Solutions, both of these palm trees responded and looked totally healthy, again.

These people do not care about anything besides their customers lawns, spraying chemicals when it’s windy near vehicles and pets. They do not practice safety whatsoever both for the workers themselves or people/things around them.
