As others have stated, do not use this company, they are a SCAM. If someone sells you solar but uses Vale Sollar as the installer you will be screwed. The company installs the panels but afterward you are out of luck. They have a completely full voicemail, never pick up phone calls and never respond to emails. My system stopped working after 1 year later and have been trying to reach them for months with no luck. All their 5 star reviews are from their own employees.

As others said, don’t do anything with this company. They installed the panels at my house in June, they never worked and I started to pay both duke and Goodleap. I got in touch with them. Started talking to Daniel which didn’t solve the problem. Then they sent me to Felipe which promised me reimbursement for the two months I paid those two bills but guess what? I was surprised because he said my reimbursement was not approved. Then he sent me to Samuel which responded me once and then never again. I just decided to put a lawyer on it in order to fix because dealing with them is not a good choice because they tried to make you tired. If anyone who had problems with them to, get in touch with me, I have a lawyer number to deal with them. There’s the prove they knew my system didn’t work for 2 months and this guy(Felipe) promised reimbursement for those two months and he said it wasn’t approved because my system was working. I also have proves that I was the one who went after to fixed the problem with Goodleap and Enphase. This company lies about it since the beginning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM!

after installing my solarpanels they were working fine until a month later and they were only producing half of the energy they should. Now its been 5 months of trying to contact anyone for some kind of help and I've been ignored at every turn. But i can't simply stop paying as they made me take out a loan so they could take my house if I stop paying.

Edit: sending a bot response isn't helping, unless you're actually trying to help your customers.

Stay away from this company. After you purchase from them the panels, there is no more customer service. No one answers the phone anymore and no one reach back to you after 100's of messages left. Unbelievable. After here, I will go on BBB as well. Total scam!!! Stay away!!!

Do not use this company. They are a SCAM. They will take your money, make you have a loan on your house and if you don’t pay off said loan they can take your house as payment. Now you are stuck with solar panels that don’t work and paying 2x as much than before. Since you pay electricity and solar panel bills. The panels never work from the beginning and we’ve had them for a couple years.
We’ve tried contacting them multiple times, NOBODY picks up and if they do pick up they transfer you to a number that doesn’t exist.
Horrible company looking for quick money and to RUIN the lives of people.

Do not use this company. It is the worst company you could choose for solar panels. They don’t answer the phone for over two or three weeks, and when an agent does respond, it’s only to tell lies. They owe me money and still haven’t paid me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had Vale Solar install my Generac system close to 2 years now. The system has been down and or not working properly for over 1.5 years. I am paying for a system that is not working and has not worked right since it was installed. I pay more now for the system and plus I am paying full price for electricity since the system is not working. They are non responsive and will not come out to fix anything once they have been paid. your warranty is no good. The Solar manufacture is of no help. do not get anything from them. Tell your friends and family to avoid at all cost.

RUN! Have been trying to reach anyone via the phone numerous times, 10 calls a day, they are unresponsive, voicemail is always full. Company did not follow through removing their UCC lien once they were paid for their work and continue to hold a lien on the home. Preventing our client from being able to access their equity. The client is livid and will never be referring anyone to use them in the future. I will ensure any client that mentions solar in the future that they contract with anyone except this company.
