I met Steven McGee just the other day when he knocked on my door of my office . We talked about his Valet Trash service and since I operate a residential property management business, I told him that I would be happy to give him a try when the opportunity came up.. Then I told him about a situation where an older woman had recently moved into one of our managed apartments but she had to sit on the floor because she had no furniture. Then I remembered that one of our existing landlords was getting rid of some furniture which would be perfect for the woman in the apartment but she had no way to get it moved to her new apartment. Steven asked me for the addresses of both places. The next morning he picked up the couch, Lazy Boy Chair and TV and TV stand and delivered them to the woman and set them up for her. Then he did something unexpected, he did not present me with an invoice. Needless to say, this man cares about helping people. There are plenty of business that offer pick up trash service but Steven McGee is the one I will remember the next time I need something moved. The only reason I gave him a Five Star Rating is because they don't have a Six Star option.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
I have used butler type of trash before and this one is by far the worse. I am surprised that they are still in business. They don’t pick up trash as schedule and are they don’t pick up all the trash. In addition, they have gone a week without picking up any trash. If you call to complain, they don’t return calls ever and you are unable to speak to anyone who work there (they use an answering service) OMAR SOLIMAN and NICK FRIEDMAN co-ceo obviously don’t care about there customers service which make since that is probably why their employees don’t care. In addition, they have absolute terrible reviews by their own employees.
Absolutely the worse service ever. AVOID THIS PLACE **
