Mike really helped me choose the right vape for me. He took the time to explain how to properly take care of the unit I bought, showed me how to use it and which oil based on my taste preference I would enjoy. So very happy with the service and my purchase here. He empathized with me on quitting cigarettes and gave me the correct % of nicotine for me. I would highly recommend this Vape Shop to everyone! Best customer service i have ever received! the manager is one of the nicest people i have ever met. i had an issue with 2 of my fumes staying lit and he replaced them with out even a thought. I didn't go in expecting that just wanted to make him aware of the issue. will defiantly continue to do business here!

One of the greats. Let’s just talk about customer service and hospitality.
I used messenger and asked if a particular vape was in stock and was told no but they would order it. Took a week no biggie. It was picked up by my sister because I’m unable to drive. Upon receiving it I discovered it to be the wrong one. It was happily replaced by the larger one, free of charge. I also was given batteries and coils to go with it. Also I was told to keep the mistake one. Talk about a happy camper. Hats off to them and can’t praise enough. THANK YOU!!! And I’m a real customer not a friend
