Bryce and Brian are fantastic. Both are friendly, knowledgable and experienced. Vasco Solar has fixed two problems that I’ve had since getting solar panels from a fly by night company that is no longer in business. I can confidently recommend Vasco and am glad I found them.

I had Vasco provide me an estimate for solar system that wasn't working properly. They provided best price of three companies I called, were most professional, visited the house and followed through with an excellent installation job. I'll have them back to install a battery next year, but don't hesitate to call them for a price quote. Bryce was excellent to talk to and always responds to questions or concerns. Thanks Vasco!

Pretty disappointed considering the reviews here were so positive. Had an error message on my inverter and my solar installation company went out of business. Called Vasco on a recommendation from a friend. Tech came out to take a look. He was friendly and quick to respond. No issues found according to him. He tightened the connections and said to contact him if the issue continued. Paid for a service call.

However, the next day the error continued. Texted the tech as requested, no response. No response for a week after multiple texts. Called the main office line again and was told I'd be called back the same day. No response for 2 days.

I gave up and called another solar company who came out, did a full inspection of my entire system for the same cost Vasco charged for a service call. They researched the error with the inverter company, determined the issue and resolved the problem all within a week.

So basically, Vasco charged me for a service call for doing nothing and then refused to call me back when the issue they came out to check continued.

Horrible customer service and frankly in my opinion they owe my service fee back.

The whole crew at Vasco have been terrific. From getting an estimate and then not being pushy in following up, to keeping their word when I finally followed up with them. Their price was very competitiv and the owner Rick was personally involved in setting up the plan and then at the beginning of the install. His crew did a great job, including painting the pipes to match the house, and neatening up after themselves when done. The system is easy to run and when I had an issue with setting the timer they sent a tech over very fast to help out. I've only had the system for a month so I can't talk about how well it will work over time but I definitely recommend these guys.

I recently had my pool solar panels that were over 20 years replaced by Vasco, as the old ones were cracking and damaged over the decades by the sunlight. I was originally going to try and do it myself, but my pool guy recommended them, and because the price came in right, I decided to let them do it instead of me. Everything went smoothly with the new install, and I’m just waiting for the sun to start coming out so the pool can start heating!

I was referred to Vasco Solar through a friend who had their solar pool panels install several years back. He has been extremely happy with the panels and the work performed by Vasco Solar. I reached out to them and they were always prompt at following up and addressing my concerns/questions. The owner came out and measured my roof and pool to determine the proper amount of panels (we ended up going with 14 panels total). Vasco was pretty backed up due to high demand but I was able to get an appointment booked about a month out.

Justin and Bryce were my main installers but had a total crew of three come install day. They were a little short handed and would normally have 4-5. Justin arrived early on the install day, set up and went over some of the process with me.

They were hoping to have the job done by 1600 hours but ended up working up until nearly 1800 hours. I was impressed with how hard the crew works. They take pride in their work and it shows. Since it was Friday, the crew advised they would be back first thing Monday morning to finish up the install. Bryce and two other gentlemen responded on time and ended up finishing the rest of the install before noon that Monday.

The wife and I are very pleased with the system thus far having only tried it out for a few days. The pool heated fast after the install and was at our desired 87 degrees the very same day. Vasco solar had paired up the system to my Pentair and I was also able to also use my phone app to control the pool temperature. After the install, they went over the system with me and explained how to work it. Additionally they took the time to go over the warranty and some issues that could come up (e.g. condensation in the early morning--which is natural, seasonal changes, etc.).

The install overall went without any hitches. The only thing that came up was exterior paint. We had purchased the home less than a year ago and didn't have any of the exterior paint. It had totally slipped my mind to ask about this before the install and it was never discussed prior to the install date. The crew had paint on hand and was able to closely match the paint but this is definitely something to think of prior to your install. We were very happy with how it turned out though and Vasco's ability to make everything mesh. We've attached pictures so you can be the judge!

All in all, we are very happy with our install and the new system. We definitely recommend Vasco Solar!

Our solar system inverter quit working and our solar installer (Clean Initiative) would not respond to our calls, Through our Solar Manufacturer (SolarEdge) we were able to diagnose the problem, and they gave us the contact number for Vasco Solar.
Vasco Solar ws able to not only repair but put a later model Inverter into our system in less that three days. Outstanding

Great company and service tech’s; office scheduling is efficient and professional and tech’s do a great job. The solar has been a game changer for our pool and we are very happy with the company as a whole. We just removed and replaced solar due to a roof replacement and Vasco worked with us to accommodate our dates and did a great job.
