I had a fantastic experience with John & Oscar was incredibly explanatory, taking the time to walk me through exactly how the service would be done, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. The team arrived promptly and completed the cleaning efficiently. Despite having a 24-foot-long chimney, they made sure that none of my belongings got dirty, which I really appreciated. I Got a affordable quote ($411) on the phone for the air ducts and vents cleaning service, but the weird thing is i contact another company not this one. I also got the quote for services i would like to be done with the technicians then they came and added up more details what they need to do make you feel like they will do so much works. They give me a new quote, $899, i said its too pricey i couldn’t do it, then he lowered it down to 700, and i thought it would be fair if he did exactly whatever he told me to. Then i agreed with the deal. The job was done so fast, everything doesn’t look like what he said, before leaving, he asked for tip and wouldn’t leave without it. That’s not nice, i thought tipping is up to the customer’s satisfaction, can’t be considered as a must-pay fee. So ripped off. Will never book service this company again. Plus, my window appointment was 2-4pm but they made me wait til 6pm with back and forth calls. Conclusion: Terrible experience with the service. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
