I only wish I had known about Jamie and his Verde Energy Efficiency Experts Back in 2016! At that time, we were new tenants renting a 2000+ Sq foot storefront office that served as our 20-seat call center. All our lighting was provided by overhead fluorescent light fixtures, and we were paying quite a lot for this essential lighting. I called Verde and Jamie came by to conduct a free onsite energy use assessment and he clearly showed me how we could save approximately 30-40% off our monthly electricity bill by using energy-efficient overhead LED lighting though Verde’s energy efficiency partnership with ComEd.

Unfortunately, like many businesses during in the last few years, we had to restructure our operations under a remote business model, since we no longer had need to maintain a call center office space. And when that ay oms when we’ll need call call center space, I”ll be calling Verde to get off to a great new start in reducing my monthly energy costs.. We experienced a professional, well thought out and executed upgrade to the latest lighting fixtures. The new fixtures make it look so bright in our office. Its amazing what a difference brighter lights can make. They go on and off based on where people are positioned along with movement, and take into account the amount of daylight streaming in from windows. We love that these lights have given our office an updated look as if we've remodeled. The staff was knowledgeable and meticulous about cleaning up when the job was complete. Of the dozens of contractors I work with Verde is the best. They helped us through the ComEd incentives, assessed our lighting, suggested great LED equipment, installed on time, with great quality and followed through with the cumbersome closeout work. Verde Energy replaced about 75% of our school building's lights. We are a tiny non-profit Montessori school on Chicago's south side, housed in about 30,000 square feet that was using WW2 lighting.

Verde Energy was extremely professional in every part of their interactions with us - from educating us on their products and procedures, to walk through meetings and installation.

Verde has also been very proactive in providing educational materials for our students in regards to energy.
