Added services to my account(Hotspots) without permission(extra $30 per month). Check your bill anytime you have to deal with these stores. Not the first time this has happened at a Verizon store(Had this happen at a different location).

Keep in mind Verizon will not comp you and just getting the caught charges removed from your account can be an ordeal(They will try to charge you for that month before removing the charge for the next month)

Verizon's practices are predatory and basically require their employees do this to hit numbers but they will absolutely try to screw their customers. Always check your bill after dealing with the store.

Went in for new service with verizon. The man that “helped” me added about $40 of services & perks WITHOUT my permission. Double check your receipts before you leave the store and get an updated receipt if they “cancel” those services while you are there. He said he would remove them while he activated our phones. He didn’t. I’ve had to call Verizon customer service twice now each call taking about an hour because they can’t remove this or that service. Very poor customer service. Verizon, do better.

*UPDATE: I have to call Verizon for the added stuff to be removed. AGAIN. They removed only half of the stuff per the new monthly bill. How disappointing. & I thought T-Mobile was bad, Verizon is worse! In addition, the discounts they tell you about can’t be combined. They make it sound like you get all these discounts but when you call about them not being on your account, you get the answer that’s it’s one or the other. Zero stars if I could!

I don’t remember the male employee’s name. I visited to change my number. I was picky about finding a good number, but he was so sincere and kind as if it was his job and changed the number after trying more than 30 times.
I was sorry and thankful. I recommend this place, it will help you as if it were your job.

I just picked up a Google pixel 7 phone. The customer service provided by Francisco this passed Sunday was great. I had to return to the store on Thursday to have some questions I had cleared up. Xavier took the time to help me with my new phone great job brother. Thank you Verizon for a providing an excellent product and knowledgeable employees.

Came in for help with a phone. The store was getting ready to close and Vanessa was in the entrance and although time was ticking, she took me in and helped me with my phone issue that took a little longer than expected. Her attitude was the BEST!! Never rushed me and went above and beyond. As I waited I got to see her interact with other workers and she was so nice and respectful towards them. Definitely will make this my Verizon store. Thank you Vanessa your great attitude is everything!!!

This morning my grandfather went in for help swapping his SIM card from a broken phone to his old one while the other is being repaired. Yvonne went above and beyond to help him and was extremely patient. My grandpa isn’t the most tech savvy person but Yvonne was extremely helpful. This was an entirely different experience than the one he had at the Santa Monica location where he was refused service. I’m very appreciative of the help he received.

Don't get Jason to help you. I had went in for the trade in deal with Verizon for my Samsung trade into the new S23. It supposedly comes with a new watch and tablet. Me asking how the deal works, Jason said we only had to pay the 35$ activation fee each device and any taxes that came with the devices. Sounds awesome! He didn't say that each device is automatically signed up for a Verizon line that requires you to pay $10/$20 a month for 36 months. Basically we're still paying $360 each device when I could have traded itt at the Samsung website with no lines attached and I would still get a 200$ credit I could use to buy another Samsung device. The Samsung watch itself is about 316$ why would I commit to a monthly plan that ultimately adds up to $360 plus tax?! Then we asked about accessories and asked if they came included with the device for free He goes yeah! They come with the device. So we get a bill instore. 1 I understand for the taxes of the devices. The second was 297 which I thought was the remainder of the trade in value as my phone traded value was $1000 but the new phone is $1299. It was not for the remainder but the accessories!!! When I asked for a reciept all he gave me was a paper that had my signature and the prices paid on them not for what the amount was for... Me thibking I could fully trust Verizon thought alright, if there is a problem we can search it up by the numbers on the reciept he gave me. Comes in the phone bill and I see alllll the extra charges. When I come back to ask all they can say is well you signed off on it and they sent a text on that day saying what I have agreed to, which I had not received at all the day talking woth Jason... I told no he should be showing me that on his tablet that we were signing on, not my phone number that I never received nor was asked to review with him. SO infuriating. I only have Verizon due to the service we get at the postal office since my mom works there and we want to keep in touch incase anything happens. But with this, I don't recommend Verizon ever.
