Highly Recommend! Amazing! Ryan is a master at acupuncture, an incredible healer and just a wonderful person that will make you feel at ease and comforted in his presence. He is well versed in the physical aspects of pain and discomfort as well as the mental part of healing. He takes time to look at the whole picture to help guide you to physical and mental well-being.
I was having horrible hormone imbalances due to perimenopause and my symptoms were relieved in the first session. I took care of my mother the last year of her life at home and being up round the clock and all the trauma took a huge toll on my health that resulted in a lot of anxiety and grief. Ryan has helped me so much through all of these aspects in just the first month- I feel more calm and Able to deal with past traumas and everyday stresses in work and life.
I’m so thankful that I found Ryan and feel like I now have an Ally to support me in my health. He is a true advocate for my well-being on so many levels.

I started seeing Ryan in the spring of 2023 after trying for years without any success to get pregnant, both naturally and using IVF. Within three months of weekly treatments, I was pregnant for the first time. While that pregnancy was unsuccessful, I then had another just three months later, who is now a healthy boy due in just two weeks. Ryan's treatments not only supported my fertility, but also my daily choices to show up as the best version of myself in my personal life, at work as a nurse, and now, as a new mom. His background as a medic was particularly helpful for me in feeling understood in my role/ stressors as a nurse. I am so grateful I met him and recommend him 100%! He is an amazing healer and human.

4 weeks ago this past Wednesday, I woke up with part of my face numb. Over the course of the next 48 hrs, the condition worsened to the point the entire right side of my face was paralyzed. It affected my speech, I couldn't close my eye and my mouth was like I went to the dentist that morning. I thought I was having a stroke until a neurologist diagnosed me with Bell's Palsy. I dove into researching this condition and found great information at the websites of John's Hopkins and the Mayo Clinic. They both said 90% of the cases resolve on their own in 6 months to a year but also suggested several things to help expedite the process; Acupuncture, PT and Botox injections. Strange combination but who am I to question John's Hopkins. I had been referred to Ryan a while back and called to schedule an appt the following day, Friday. Being my first ever acupuncture treatment, I had no idea what to expect. The first half of the hr long session was like therapy. He asked questions to find out who I was, my background, motives and issues. The second half was being a living pin cushion. Focusing on the Bell's Palsy, I went through 7 total sessions. After that first session, the Friday after being stricken, I started to see small improvements by Monday morning. Over the next 6 sessions, 90% of the symptoms had gone away. Yes, I also had two PT sessions and two sets of Botox injections but it was the acupuncture that I attribute this going away so quickly (as opposed to 6 months to a year which is what the norm is). I can't thank Ryan enough for everything he did to help resolve this issue and would highly recommend him to anyone considering acupuncture as a treatment. It's weird and different, compared to what we're used to with western medicine, but I am now a true believer.

From the very first session, I felt deeply understood and felt deep shifts in both my physical and emotional state. Ryan is kind, compassionate and very good at what he does. I've been struggling with nerve pain up and down my arm and he determined it was due to my posture. Since then his treatment has been geared towards opening up my shoulders and also starting pilates. I have had virtually no pain, better sleep and am working to strengthen my upper body so this doesn't happen again. Highly highly recommend him 👌 👍 👏

Some people are true healers and Ryan Padnuk is one of them. He respects and listens to the patient and will work with you to find the course of action you’re most comfortable taking. His energy is incredibly calm, and as a patient you instantly know you are in a ‘safe’ space when you walk thru the door.
