Loading very slow . Check in 1:30 pm

Worst place for business. Took me whole day when the appointment time was 10 am. They finished loading at 6:30pm. People there, were very rude. If there is a way you can avoid coming here please do. Dont do business with them.

Would give zero start if i could. Appt 6:00am, checked in at 5:45am and was told to dock up. Docked up and lock in by 5:50am, plenty of room to maneuver, easy to dock up. It's now 10:00am, going on 4 hours plus and I'm only half loaded. This is crazy!!! I'm only picking up 20 pallets, total 9,000lbs. This is a 30 minute jobs at the longest, I used to load and unload so i know it's not that difficult. This is a joke to take this long and still only half loaded for 20 pallets (9,000lbs).

It must've been my lucky day. I picked up here last Thursday. I came in with a full belly and snacks, prepared to sit for 7 or 8 hours. I had an 0800 appointment and arrived at 0700. I got in a door immediately. They had me locked in by 0730 and I was loaded by 0800. My load was palletized. That would probably make a difference, but they got right on me. I'd definitely come back again. Also, the truck entrance is on Riggin
