Definitely wasn’t a vibe, she is very rude come off very aggressive and very argumentative I refuse to give my money to anyone and customer service is awful. By the way the car inside was very dirty.

They did a great job on a late night ride that I needed in a pinch. My driver, Octavia, was great! She was on time, very professional, and had a very clean, roomy SUV, which made for a comfortable ride. We had a nice conversation the whole trip. The price was also very fair. Vibe definitely has a great business and a new customer!

Octavia was awesome! I needed to go to Tallapoosa and she had no issues taking me there. She was polite, funny and such delightful lady.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my other review I called for a taxi to come pick me and my husband up so we can get out of the sun. Which would have been 10.88 for that ride. We waited 2 hours for the ride to show up so we called another taxi service. Today we tried again this time we was at jacks now resident in Anniston Al know KFC on quintard is not even 2 minutes from jacks the charged an extra 2 dollars now 2 dollars might not be nothing to some people by for people out here with a tight budget that's unreasonable for not even a 3 minute distance. I will not take my review down I was very offended by the way he spoke to me and my husband ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY AND RUDE.
