While visiting Illinois from Texas, the transmission went out on my Ford Edge.
Victory Lane worked me in the day I called and did the diagnostic. It took about two weeks to get the parts and do the work, but my car is running perfectly!!
All the employees that I met were great! Even though I didn't meet the mechanic, he is amazing too because my car is like new!!

We actually went to Victory Lane as our initial fact finding mission with not much expectation of a purchase- at least not immediately. We ended up purchasing not one, but TWO new vehicles- Mustang and an F-150.

If you want attitude, to be ignored, to have your car in and out of the shop for months, and not have it test driven after "repairs", lost paperwork, be forced to delete a review in order to get a loaner, and just a plain headache for months on end. Then Justin Mckinney and his sale team are what you're looking for. If you want honesty and quality I would choose a buy here, pay here over this place.

I bought a 4runner from them a few months ago. 4 runner has been great but I signed a we owe for headrests in the second row. They said they would send some in the mail to me. They showed up but they were different stitching and did not fit. I told my salesperson about it and he told me he would get the correct headrests to me but I haven’t heard from him since. I’m pretty sure headrests are a safety item and should be in the vehicle before you sell I would for any of my passengers to snap their necks in case we got in a accident Hopefully the dealership can make this right.

I ordered 4 new tires for my F350 and they arrived in 2 business days. I made an appointment for installation and upon arrival at the dealership my vehicle was immediately taken in as scheduled. Within an hour of my arrival all 4 tires were installed and balanced.

Nicky in customer service was a fantastic help for me when we had a repair done while traveling on vacation. She expedited the part procurement and worked us in to get us back on the road the next morning. She researched rental cars for me in case we needed one. She was very pleasant to deal with even though I was in a high anxiety state because of the unexpected break down. We had commitments to get home the following day and we were able to make it 250 miles away the next day thanks to Nicky efficiently dealing with our problem . I was happy I chose victory lane Ford to do the repair of front wheel hub on 2017 F150 4x4.

02-13-2025 The backup camera system on our 2011 Ford Edge recently required service. We had the battery replaced in the vehicle a few weeks prior, sometimes there can be a refresh/reflash of the backup camera system after a battery replacement? Called for an appointment, a service appointment was scheduled right away for 02-10-2025, vehicle was delivered, the Service tech diagnosed the issue, and corrected the problem within a very short period of time. Everyone at Victory Lane Ford is SO helpful, professional, and polite! Absolutely the BEST to deal with!!!

Everything was completed in such a fast and accurate manor. The technicians treated our vehicles like they would if they were their own. The staff was so professional and polite!
