We bought a wind spinner last year when we were in Sedona. We saw their display out in the street and we were sold. My heart sank when we returned this year and didn’t see the display, but we’re so happy when we stopped anyways and they had them in the back now. This store has so much more then you think. I took pics of the things you may not think you would find in a hardware store. The customer service is out of this world awesome. Sooooo friendly. When they didn’t have the one we wanted, they called another ace hardware and found it for us. We ended up buying another one from them too. Thank you for your awesome customer service and friendly attitudes.

I haven't been to an ACE hardware store yet where I wasn't pleasantly surprised with a very friendly and warm staff eager to help, and this location was no exception. I recently traveled to the area with my pup and forgot to bring her bowls. I was taken to the options available and walked out with exactly what I needed in less than 5 minutes for a really good price. Thank you so much!

Another great experience at the Village Ace Hardware. All of the staff are exceptional, Sue was super helpful with a pond remedy, along with other team members that worked together to find a resolution. Thank you to The Village Ace Hardware for always being there. September 2024.

The cashier was rude to me because I was on the phone as I was cashing out even though I was quick and prompt with my transaction duties. She repeatedly said that I was loud to my face. She even said it as I was walking out the door. Subsequently she was chatting it up with the customer before me. This is not acceptable behavior nor customer service I would expect from ACE.

I've been shopping at ace in the village of oak creek now for well over a year and it's always been a great experience.. The people are knowledgeable and very friendly. And it's just a great place to shop. I'm very grateful that we have such a hardware store in the village.
