I have nothing but nice things to say about here. Kecia the manager has been so kind since day one. She has gone above and beyond for anything needed. Every time I’ve spoken to her about something she has been on top of getting it taken care of in a very timely manner and is so friendly and kind. Mike in maintenance is awesome. He has fixed anything I brought up so quick and I always see him working hard on keeping up the appearance of the complex. Truly happy with this place! Thanks for all you guys do!

I have been living at the Villagio apartments for almost 5 years. The management is very communicative, especially Kecia. I can always rely on her to go above and beyond for any issues I have. She is very good about making sure my needs are met. She is super sweet about having holiday activities for the kids. Mike, the maintenance man is very quick to fix any issues that have arised throughout my stay here. They will never leave you with any problems, and quick to replace anything that may not be in working order. I highly recommend the Villiagio apartments if you’re looking for something that is affordable, quiet and clean. The owners are always striving to make this place beautiful and property upkeep is always in progress.

I recently toured this property with Kecia, and I had a fantastic experience! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly and making me feel at ease throughout the process. It’s clear she’s passionate about her work and genuinely wants to assist prospective residents.

Unfortunately, there aren’t any two-bedroom units available close to my move-in date, but Kecia reassured me that I’m on the waitlist in case something opens up. Her professionalism and attentiveness definitely left a positive impression, and I would recommend reaching out to her if you’re considering this property!

I am a new renter, and I am very pleased with the move in process. The apartment and complex is relatively clean and quiet. Maggie is a very effective property manager - she is very responsive and always helpful.

Update: Changing review to two stars. After 2 years of living here, I underwent the moveout process under a different property manager. She was not truthful about two things:
1. She told me the cleaning fee was prorated based on how long I was renting the apartment
2. She said she would schedule the inspection and tell me what needed to be cleaned or fixed before my move out date so I could maximize how much of my deposit I would get back.

She ended up not scheduling my inspection until after my move out date and once the corporate office was finished providing me with my last bill, I found out that they charged the full cleaning fee without any prorate. I explained my grievances, but nothing came out of it. Additionally, I left the apartment very clean. They sent me a picture of one space in the stove top that wasn't clean after they removed the top portion of the appliance, and cited that as the reason for the $200 cleaning fee. I'm disappointed cause not only was I lied to, but the additional fee was not justified in my view. Besides this, I had little to no issues living here.

My husband and I recently moved in to these apartments and I started the application process the week of our wedding. I had mentioned I was wanting the process to be as easy as possible due to wedding stress and Maggie did such a great job at making sure the application process and move in was as easy and stress free as possible. She is absolutely amazing!

The staff and layouts are amazing. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to leave due to hazardous conditions for my newborn baby. Our unit was particularly located next to the pool and was great. The hazard was the moisture problems in the kitchen. The back of the cabinets were always dripping with condensation. Within a week, our air conditioning went out. They put in a temporary unit, leaving my window vulnerable for a few days. They fixed the issue and within a couple of weeks, I found mold behind the closet doors and immediately told my wife. My wife then notified me of glue seeping out of the ground, and when I noticed it, there were dime sized globs coming out of the ground. We immediately moved out, when we notified management and showd them our pictures, they said that they still needed to charge us our full amount of the lease, which was about 8,746. I pick my family's health over money any day. I've been paying them for almost 2 years now. They get 1 star.
