So far they have been great. I have had multiple appointments and all has been great. I don't call unless, I really need too. Dr. B has been awesome. She is very attentive and listens when you talk to her. The receptionist was great. I didn't understand how a part of my insurance worked and she was more than helpful and followed up with me.

I brought my 81 year-old father for his appointment with Dr. Bowen-Wright because he needs assistance hearing and communicating his condition. Once we arrived at the door, I was told by the receptionist that only the patient can enter the office even though the email the office sent me in advance of the appointment clearly stated that one visitor was allowed in with the patient. Waisted trip!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Saw them end of last year and had a follow up appointment for March 2020. I called 24 hours before my appointment to cancel. I honestly wasnt happy with them from the first and only appointment I had. I spoke to a girl at the front to cancel. A couple months later I get a bill for a $25 fee for missing appointment. I called and told them I canceled the day before appointment and this is wrong. Never heard from them again until June 2020 when they sent me another notice for the $25. I called and told them I called and had proof in my phone log. They kept putting me on hold for a long time and said they would call me back and never did. I told them I wasnt paying. This was the 3rd time I was speaking to them about this situation. The lady said she had to investigate and call me back. Its August now and still no call back but today I got a FINAL NOTICE for the $25. They dont want my proof that I called. They must really be short on money that they treat people like this. Their front desk ladies are horrible. The dr was ok but didnt really listen to what my concerns were which is why I didn't want to go back. I will be calling them in the morning to discuss this bill again. They clearly want more negative reviews.

From the time I made the appointment to now, nobody's picking up the phone. I canceled my first appointment by leaving a voice-mail before it could happen because I'm not dealing with doctors who do this. No patient should.
