The girls at VA Farm bureau Northumberland are absolutely amazing! Working solely with Kristina Jenkins and Whitley Sines, I have had the best experience with an insurance company. They are quick to answer any and all questions knowledgeably. Currently, I insure 3 vehicles and a home at affordable rates. The professionalism during the more stressful time of making claims is just a breath of fresh air. I wasn't in my new house a month before a hurricane hit and devastated me. (Supposed to be a happy time!) Kristina and Whitley explained the entire process to me, reassured me that the process would be fast, and were incredibly personable. I have worked with several other agencies in the past and nothing is more satisfying than being able to pick up the phone and not go through an entire recorded menu. Whitley Sines is the greatest!!!! She sat us down explaining our coverage and what we were getting into unlike other insurance company’s who just want your money. She is very timely with her members a few weeks after getting homeowners insurance we had wind damage to the side of the house she responded within minutes and had us feeling like family.
