The instructor should have showed everyone proper placement of hands on the manikin before starting CPR. The instructor needs to learn to not be so harsh with her comments. Treat people with dignity not stupidity.

I really enjoyed the class. It was informative and the she did an excellent job of utilizing our time wisely. She had amazing levels of energy and was passionate about the material.

Engaging, fast-paced, practical hands-on training to learn CPR and AED use. Good intro to AED usage and updating of CPR information since previous training. Taught with videos, lecture, and practice on dummies with green, yellow, red lights indicating effectiveness in depth and frequency of chest compressions. Sent us home with mouth barrier to use in future. Also introduced use of Narcan and tourniquets and how to stop bleeding. Ended on time. Bring paper if you want to take notes.

Nita, our instructor, was very flexible. There was confusion about our class start time so Nita easily started class as soon as she arrived. She was very knowledge. I liked that she was able to give some personal work examples of possible situations and how she handled them. I have taken first aid courses before and never realized people could be allergic to antibiotic ointment. I like to renew my certification in first aid because they always find new/better ways of doing things. Our workplace has used this company routinely and I always find them worthwhile.

Very close to my home, and a great place to renew my Basic Life support skills, with mannequins and AEDs! I also received a pocket CPR mask, and I loved it very much! Now I always like carrying it with me just in case!

All instructors are very knowledgeable. Course made for people not highly skilled with computer know-how. Easy to take and you remember the skills you learn.

Overall this experience was amazing. I really felt like I was engaged and got just the right amount of practice with the mannequins and all of their features to let you know if you're doing it correctly or not. I was shocked to see that we would be practicing on infants too but I'm glad we did because you never know who you might run in to. Not only did we practice CPR on both but we got to practice choking relief on the infants. We weren't able to do it on the big mannequins which was the only downside of the experience but we still watched videos of how to preform it on all types of adults.
