I called them for a simple "peace of mind"air sample in my house: before they did that one, that came out negative, they convinced me to take other samples in my attic without really warning me In advance of potential consequences. This basically put me in the position of needing a very expensive >5k$ asbestos abatement procedure P5 (+ redo all HVAC ductwork, also as expensive) or face a potential property value drop. Asbestos is a health hazard and needs to be taken seriously, however, In hindsight I really am not sure how necessary all of this was, and there are so many contradictions in these asbestos protocols and regulations. Anyway, I guess they just do their business. Stay alert, due your due diligence on your situation before calling them unless you are 100% sure it's the right thing to do.

This was my first experience with a mold inspection company and the process was flawless from scheduling, inspection, payment, follow up, and reporting. I was impressed with each staff person and their response time. The inspector, Daniel, explained everything well and demonstrated his findings. Thanks to Daniel, we are aware of a current leak in the ceiling of the first floor bathroom and will have the sellers remedy this.

What a fantastic company! We contacted them to help with testing our home for mold. After a negative experience with another testing company, where I got almost no answers or even a feel for how dangerous it was to continue living in my home, I turned to VM3 based on NextDoor recommendations. The person answering the phone at VM3 was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to hear me out and explain exactly what they would do onsite and what the testing capabilities were. Incidentally, I did not tell anyone at VM3 that I had someone else from another company do an inspection. They'll be finding that out only now! So this is essentially how they treat all customers.

Our inspector was Daniel. First he explained what he would be doing, and after examining the house from the attic to the garage and even around the outside perimeter, he took me on a walk-through to discuss his findings and recommendations (air samples and surface testing). He took air samples from several rooms and they were processed by a lab and sent to us two days later. Every area of concern was photographed and included in the thorough final report, which included moisture readings. Daniel also prepared a remediation report to send to another company (conflict of interest prevents inspection companies from also doing mold remediation).

Everyone I had contact with in the company was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, thorough. Payment was contactless, shoe covers and mask worn in the home.

Bottom line, I HIGHLY recommend this company.

After having my ceiling completely crash in my living room in order to get it finish tests of lead, asbestos and mold had to be taken. VM3 was recommended. I was in shock. They explain everything in a calm and clear voice of how the test had to go to a lab. The results came back. No lead. Yes asbestos and mold. Yikes ! They came and took care of everything and the last test was all negative. What felt that I was in good hands. Very professional and respectful.
This is a serious and dangerous stuff. Now I can move on to fix my ceiling.
