Based on the engineer's report I was able to make a determination as to whether or not to buy a home I was considering. The report was very useful since I could use it to have the builder make the necessay repairs. I think that hiring Waldman was money well spent. I highly recommend him if you have any hesitation about a new home purchase.

We had an issues during our changeover and encountered a serious issue with the beams that our system was sitting on. These guys came through and was very efficient on the problem and came up with a plan to do the repair quickly. I was very pleased on the service that was provided, and I definitely will be using them again.

Complete waste of money and time. I was told several times our report would be ready only to wait multiple days to actually receive it. The first time I was told it would be ready in half an hour; I got it three days later. This was only after calling every day and being told it would be sent by the end of the day, which it never was. In total the report took over two weeks to get to me.

Once the report came in, it offered only vague descriptions of our structural issues. I had to have another company come in that actually charged less and did a much better job with offering solutions, not just stating the obvious. Their report was ready in two days.

I agree with a previous post from another review. If this company does it, it's done right! I have worked with Waldman for over 18 years and they always come through. While Waldman may be a little more expensive than others, you get what you pay for.
