Don't know how much he pays Home Advisor to hide the truth about what a terrible, arrogant, and abusive person you would be stuck with if you hire Shannon and his company. His work was so poor that we were awarded a full refund by our credit card company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very rude I used him twice First time he was OK and the second time he took advantage of my landlord and overcharged him. Also mold test in 2ed home came up negative because he left the door open after we spent our own money on another one that has came up positive. 2500 down the drain.

I'll never use this con artist again.

Shannon was very responsive and helpful when I connected with him after business hours about potential mold in my parents’ basement. He gave some initial advice over the phone and was able to come over in 36 hours on a Saturday morning to gather samples. He answered questions and provided context and information that helped calm all of us. We received the results within a few days, even over the July 4 holiday. While I wouldn’t recommend other services he referred us to (they were not friendly or responsive), it doesn’t reflect on the service and professionalism provided by Shannon. Thank you!

If you leave a less than ideal review for this guy, he attacks you via text. Everything from homophonic slurs to intimidating the elderly. Check his Google and Yelp reviews for screenshots of all these incidents.
