Useless. I clearly have it listed on my account to email me any correspondence. I missed a bill, due to a busy schedule and the lack of an auto pay function. They shut off my water after sending me a letter in the mail dated 6 days before shut off. It arrived the day of. This was quite a surprise when I got home from work at 7. I went online, paid my bill, and called the 24 hour hotline. They couldn’t turn my water back on, and now I have to wait until they open and send someone over.

Two main issues: pay attention to the correspondence requests ie. Don’t send a letter to a person who specifically says to email.

Enable an auto pay feature. It’s the 21st century. I’m positive you can figure it out.
