I have been using Jim from Wash Rite for several years now. He consistently does a fantastic job. He is responsive, timely, and knowledgeable about the details of his trade. I would say he is an expert in his field. He knows exactly what to do to get the job done extremely well. He anticipates potential problems and shows great care to prevent any potential harm. He knows the right treatment for the surface to clean but not harm the surface/property. He is very honest and will tell you what is realistic about the things you want done and what to expect. He not only does great work, he is easy to work with, flexible, and trustworthy. He really is a true professional and genuinely cares about his customers. I have been using Wash Rite, for over 20 years here in Orlando. Jimi keeps me on a routine for pressure washing my home, pool deck, screen etc. He goes the extra mile and lets me know if he sees anything that may need repaired that I overlook. He has cleaned my roof also, and never broke a tile. I have recommended him to many others and they have all been extremely satisfied with his services. I called multiple small businesses in Orlando. Wash Rite is one of the few that got back to me in a timely manner and actually cared about my problem. The owner, Jim, was very cordial and easy to work with. He returned all emails and calls quickly.

My cleaning request was for a very small porch that was almost not worth the time for Jim to take on, but he still fit it in over a very busy holiday (Thanksgiving) week. I couldn't be happier with how the porch looks and how the overall experience Jim and his company went. He sent before/after pictures as well. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Will be calling Jim with our next power washing need and will be referring him to any friends that mention a similar need.

Jim did a great job pressure washing our house. We had some pretty bad mold on our gutters, but he was able to get it off and our house looks new. He was very prompt and even took the time to ask the neighbors to move their car so it wouldn't get wet. I highly recommend and plan to use him again!
