There is no phone or way to contact wm, the phone number listed is not valid , missed pickup twice and I can’t get ahold of not one person. Virtual agent took me 3 days to get ahold of someone online , they said they ordered another pickup for the missed and still they missed the second one too! 0 stars

I do not expect my cans to be sat down several feet from where they were picked up. Please correct the problem with your drivers.

The service is tegularly inconsistent. While WM expects on time payment for service, the valued customer is consistently shown they are not valued. Missed can pickup is the usual srrvice expectationwih no explanation.

This is the second time in six (6) months that my garbage pick up was missed. The first time resulted in the eventual pick up on Wednesday of the following week. Friday is the scheduled pick up.

The guys who pick up are so very Noce!! I try to get them water when they stop if I'm home. Great employees.
