I would like to share my experience being treated with the best customer service I have ever received in my LIFE! Selena Olvera and her team went above and beyond to ensure that my apartment community did not go without service in between my transition into waste connections services. She is always available, cheerful, and beyond caring for her clients. Do not walk! Run to waste connections and experience the difference many waste companies are missing from their process. Selena Olvera and Brent Smith worked actively together to develop a unique solution to this 3 month issue to keep our service on track. I have been with Waste Connections for many years and have multiple accounts with them. Over the years I have been assigned many different account managers. Ana Mendoza is by far the best I have ever had. She answer my call when I need her and always makes the effort to resolve whatever problem I have in a timely manner. She is an asset to the company and I hope they know it.

Working with Waste Management and in particular, my Account Manager Selena Olvera has been nothing but a wonderful experience. She is always so prompt and accomodating to our properties needs. Couldn't ask for better service, she is just the best! The drivers are also courteous and helpful.

My recycling bin has not been emptied completely the last three pick-ups (it is over 1/2 full after pick-up). I haven't called every time because I figured since it is a "claw" that picks it up, it wasn't human error. I called today because I usually use my recycling bin more than my regular bin and didn't want to wait another two weeks for it to be emptied. The service representative said that I would have to wait another two weeks since they "attempted" the pick-up and if there wasn't anything else that they could help me with that was what I had to do. No attempt to placate me to tell me in a kind way that I have to wait every two weeks to get my bin half emptied. I pay my bill on time and to get this type of customer service is not acceptable.

Just watched one of these trucks dumping massive pieces of cardboard down 183 South. They seemed unbothered. Cars swerving. Luckily nobody got killed. Thanks for making Austin dirtier and more dangerous!

Selena Olvera has been absolutely amazing. She gets back to me extremely quick and answers all my question. She is amazing to work with and I highly suggest switching over just because of Selena.
