They don't have a spot on here for complaints, but my driver today who is lazy I always notice he gets pissed. If there's too much trash out there, he emptied my trashcan and then dumped over the recycle one which thankfully had already been picked up and just left it dumped over with the lid out couldn't even get out of the truck although he had just got out a second before and picked up a bag of the neighbors. Don't appreciate it being dumped over out there.

All the good reviews either got paid by them or new customer. They did not pick up our trash as scheduled. I called them and they said they will be out between 8am - 6pm. Ive been keeping an eye on it and they never came. I called back again. They said the driver was there and did not see the trash bin which is a lie! We put it right outside, the same spot all these years. How can they not see it? Now, they say we have to wait for another week. Wth!!! I will have to try out for another company. Also, they are poor customer

They did not pick our trash as schedule this is not the first time it's been a few times already!! I call the office and let them know and they always said they can't really do anything about it!! I understand the weather hasn't been good but my question is why does the other half of my street get picked up in our half of the street doesn't!! I wanted to give them a chance but now I have to try to find somewhere else to have my service with!! 💯 Not recommended

This company is a joke. I paid for 6 months of service and they called me wanting another $17 after only 3 months into my 6 month payment. In January they did not pick up my trash for 2 weeks due to the weather. How can they up their charges after I’m paid up until March? They took my trash can today. I was paid up until March so by right they owe me money. I will NEVER give them my services again.

They did not come on the scheduled day nor did they send out an email or text notifying of the delay. I was informed when I called they are a day behind and I should've left my bin on the curb and if I miss it today I will have to wait another week. They would not adjust my bill for the inconvenience and said they won't be taking any more trash than my bin allows (5 extra bags). Needless to say I'm finding a new trash company. I've used them for over 6 years and the last 2 years has been nothing but issues.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve had nothing but problems with Waste Connections, and their service has been incredibly frustrating. Over a month ago, they took my trash can even though they weren’t supposed to—and yes, my bill was fully paid. Since then, I’ve been waiting for them to bring it back. The app claims I’ve been scheduled for a drop-off for over two weeks, but still no trash can.

Their customer service is terrible. Good luck trying to speak to a real person, and if you manage to, they won’t have any useful information because they seem completely out of the loop. On top of all that, I haven’t received text updates about pick-up days since September.

This company is unreliable, disorganized, and has zero accountability. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for trash service. Air Capital is a great local option!

I'm so appreciative to my local driver, Arlie! My husband and I were up late 2 nights before pickup with an angry, teething baby and in our sleep deprivation, went to bed to bed early the night before pickup. Arlie so very kindly saw our can was not at the curb as it should've been, but was in the driveway, in front of our garage - and he came and got it anyway!!! Thank you so much Arlie for your kindness and preventing us from having 2-week old smelly diapers in our can!!!
