Bill went up this month so I called and asked why, to be told that was a increase to help pay wages. Which I find hard believe they gave raises due to minimum wage increase, but besides that they told me ya sorry sense your paperless u did not get notified about price increase only the people that are set up for paper billing. What the actual **** why would u not notify all customers!! Horrible business i wish there was another option for trash in my town but sadly I got to deal with this bull.

Horrible Horrible Horrible buisness communication....First I get an email to get interview 3days ago and then today nobody called me for my schedule interview so I called them and 5mins later I received an email stating that my application was passed for more qualified ppl and said thank you for your interest and interview.......WHAT INTERVIEW? No communication on their part and I would hate to work for them....

This has to be, hands-down, the most unreliable and unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

As a Project Manager on a major construction project, I shouldn't have to beg and plead to have our dumpsters swapped daily. I've tried to set up recurring swaps - doesn't help and I end up calling anyway. So I now call them personally every morning, taking valuable time out of day, and I'm met with excuse after excuse. Every day it's something different. I shouldn't have to stare at full dumpsters for 9 hours before they "might get by there today." It is to the point where they are holding up production and wasting money. We are searching for a replacement currently.

So if you're looking for a company that never picks up your trash on time, costs you time/money/effort, and will give you excuses instead of action, this is the company for your trash needs.

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with this company. The only thing they took consistently was my trash, but they would let my recycling sit for weeks at a time. Also when they would empty the bins, they would carelessly place them in the street!

When we added yard waste close to 2 months ago, that's when it got worse. The whole time we had yard waste, they NEVER picked it up. I called each week for 4 weeks and each time they told me they would send out a truck that day to get it. Which not surprisingly, never happened!! The customer service reps just give you the run around and only tell you what you want to hear and never actually do anything about your problems. I finally got so fed-up with being charged for yard waste and never receiving the service, so I canceled all my services with them and demanding a refund!

You have a great team at least where I am at I know! These guys are great on everything they do! I could burn my trash an ect. However I would still prefer this company as they are great & great prices very effordable, they go above & beyond their jobs! I thank you & appreciate you much! Such a great crew, I'm disabled which they help me out so much! Much appreciated & I don't need to burn my trash & etc. Thank you guys! They come any kind of weather usually w/o fail... I have had this company for a little more than 2 years, it has been a horrible experience. They missed my pick up day (Thursday) constantly, I called in the next day MULTIPLE TIMES asking them to come pickup and am told they will. They never come so I go all weekend with full trash cans. To make things even worse the last time this happen the customer service department told me they didn't even have a record of us calling in to report they had missing our trash! So not only do the truck drivers not do their jobs properly either does customer service. We canceled our service to say the least. Be smart, chose another company.

Update - well they realized that after buying a company that came out every week no matter if it rained or not that they had to as well. Occasionally they don't but really it's usually because it's rained tons.

Much better than what it was as it was clear last summer that unless they changed how they disliked rain that we would have not gotten our garbage picked up at all during the summer as it rained so often.

Is it possible to have negative stars? They have totally ignored my garbage more than once. Then when I call they ignored it again when they said they would pick it up the next day. They didn't pick it up until the next scheduled pickup. I paid them to take my garbage and they ignored me, took my money and ran with it.

Also they don't like rain, snow or mud. No mud! Can't get muddy.

Okay the company that we had, Palmer and Son's was purchased by them........ dang. And once again they are ignoring our garbage totally.

My suggestion is that if your garbage is ignored.... take it to their office and leave it on their porch.

After Palmer & Sons (who I had for 4 years previously and loved) merged with Waste Connections I have experienced a number of issues. But the main one is that they have missed numerous pickups for both trash and yard waste. Although I have always been promptly called back to inform me that they would be out to pick it up the next day or later the same day, there have been instances where I have had to call more than once to get it picked up which just seems unreasonable for a paid service. To me it just seems like the service aspect has gone drastically down.
