Very dissatisfied and had to cancel service. Took 3 weeks to get the container delivered and see my first pickup. I called almost 10 times in this time frame and finally got my first pickup after I threatened to call BBB. Any call goes to the nice ladies on the phone who then forward your message to “operations”. You cannot talk to them or leave them a message. It has to go through the ladies on the phone. I can’t live that way working that hard just to get a simple problem fixed. Canceled and time to move on. Time too
valuable!!

Man oh man! Seems that I'm not the only one! Their driver for the Marion/Santa Clara route is SINGLE-HANDEDLY dropping accounts! I called their office and explained that we live in a rural area and that the bins can't be left blocking mailbox access AND to PLEASE not leave them blocking my driveway! They say "okay". The VERY NEXT WEEK...the driver did it again. Except this time, I happen to be pulling out of my drive. I moved the can, and caught up with him. I asked him to literally just dump the can where it sat...then extend the REMOTE ARM...and set it BACK WHERE IT WAS!!! Literally 3 more seconds of a hand motion. He grumbled some BS and just went on his way! This week...he decided to not pick up my cans at all! It's really sad that I've started taking photos of my cans being out. My neighbor has already cancelled their service...2 weeks ago...and they can't even other to come and their bin!

Looks like its time to boycott Waste Connections and run them out of town!

On Tuesday, March 25th @ 12:30pm, I called about the service autopay and was told that despite my name on the account. I would have to wait an entire week to have the account in my name only; because IT needs a week to close the account before it can be reopened in my name. Also, the customer rep was rude; implying that I cut her off. Honestly, what if I did cut her off? She implies that I am rude with her condescending tone?!

I really like this company. They are right on time. I like how the lids are always closed when I get home. I am giving it 4 stars is because I didn't know was that the prices did go up. I wasn't notified. There has been a couple of times where I do forget to put out my bin and the driver does take the time to get it from the curb. Which I really do appreciate. They don't have to but they still do it.

While I understand inflation plays a role, it’s hard to ignore how quickly the prices are rising. If these increases continue, I’ll gather the entire neighborhood, and we’ll look for alternative services.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. They missed my house on Monday, the normally scheduled trash pick up day. Had to call every single day of the week and they still didn’t pick up the trash. They make you pay 3 months in advance when you set up the account, unfortunately they do that so they can get all your money up front since they don’t plan on ever picking up your trash when they are supposed to. Then we you ask for a refund and try to switch to a different company, they act like you just disrespected the Queen, and by Queen I mean Dolly Parton. They will flat out refuse to give you your money back.

They tout they're reliability but don't count on them. My trash was out Sunday night for Monday morning pick up and it is still sitting in front of my house. Their office is closed today for New Year's Eve and tomorrow for New Year's Day so that just tells me my trash will be sitting there at least until Thursday. This is not the first time it has happened. I'm not very satisfied with their service and I don't consider them reliable at all.

Sadly I paid for service and no one ever came to pick up trash and no one ever deliver the two cans. I called 5+ times. Said it would take up to 72 hours to pick up the trash they didn't get in the first place. Who thought getting trash service would be such a pain. Such a waste of time. Only leaving the 1 star because they were able to refund me. Got trash service elsewhere and was a breeze.
