My first time coming here, and it’s very tight on these St Pete roads getting here. Their set up here isn’t impossible, but it’s a little tricky.
Park on the road before you come in the gate, and go inside where the blue canopy is to check in. Make sure you cut it wide coming in the gate to make the left on the scale. Then they have you do a circle off the scale and back to the starting place and it’s a little tricky to back to the portable dock to get loaded. it’s tight, but nice people and helpful. Maybe because I’m a woman. You can’t even see the small dock so they helped me back. Then you back up straight and go the opposite way on the scale on the way out and the whole process was about an hour. Nice people. Just a bit of a pain ….. lots of prayers for this old lady…. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Poor job in Saint Petersburg fl didn’t pick up the trash not even before the storm hit in Pinellas County (Bay Pines) zip code 33708 No wonder my sons home got flooded I will get in touch with Governor DeSantis and maybe he can do something about that is disgusting roaches rats critters coming WHO IN THE HELL IS IN CHARGE OF THIS BS?

HORRIBLE COMPANY. They consistently forget to pick up my trash. There is a 50-50 chance that they'll actually collect the cans. I wasted time speaking to various agents on Friday who assured me my trash would be collected. Yet again, the trash was not picked up. They are extremely unprofessional and charge top dollar for their services with numerous hidden fees. I want a refund as I am not receiving the service I paid to receive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

EDIT: I attempted to call the owner twice this Monday morning -- no reply. I will be submitting a complaint with the BBB. I want 1) MY TRASH PICKED UP, 2) a refund and immediate cancelation of services after they collect the trash one last time. My neighbors are complaining about the rotting trash in the street that has become a public health hazard.

Sir, you have my number and numerous voicemails. I emailed Jennifer a number of times. Contact me PLEASE! I am asking for the very bare minimum in terms of service here.

Mondays WednesdaysFridays as you can see from pictures today is Monday still has not picked up ,the picture of the trail that's from the equipment leaking hydraulic fluid throughout the park, have called the company numerous times no response they do not care they show up when they want they destroy property and no one can do anything about this .

After being with them for 10 years they kept jacking up the rates by $10 a month. Told me I was playing less than new customers. So there is no loyalty with this company.

Terrible Service!!! I called multiple times to set up an account. Jennifer Customer Service manager doesn't return emails or voicemails. I waited 30 min was connected to a customer service rep shannon and she said hold on and transferred me. How is it a company is self sabotaging? They must not want new customers. Leadership should hire an entire new customer service team. I have yet to get my trash picked up can't get past setting up an account
