They were fantastic, highly recommend! The water heater is a much better quality than I could buy and with installation the cost is about the same I would pay just for the heater.
The installers, Mark & Matt (A-Team), were on time, very respectful, pleasant, efficient, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Little details like writing the date of the installation on the water heater, wiping it after installation, and using drop cloths in the work area. The company exceeded my expectations!

Tim and Ken did a great job installing the hot water heater it was very old and what could go wrong did. Did not deter them and they figured out what they had to do to get the old one out. The water heater was on a second floor and they had to haul this heater done the stairs half full. They did a great job and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Having my water heater replaced was actually a pleasant experience!! The installers were on time, which is unusual around here. They were competent, professional, neat and efficient. They really knew what they were doing. They were in and out in under two hours. I live in a high rise which made their job more difficult.
