I called.to satisfy a safety recall order for my santa cruz. I was told.the guy that handled.the recalls was very busy and would.return call. After 2 weeks waiting for a call that never came I called back. The appt was agreed upon and was.told it would take several hours. So I arranged for someone to drop my car off and pick me up and take me back. A 45 minute trip each way! I brought the car in and 20 mins later I returned to retrieve something I had forgotten and the car was done. This was a great inconvenience to me and the person I paid to take me back and forth. The work done was good I think. not so happy about the time estimate or getting ignored for a safety recall.

Worked with Michelle to purchase an Elantra and she was fantastic. This was our daughter's 1st new car and Michelle was patient and made her feel very comfortable.
