Home. Wish they would finish construction and get the pool up and running and finish the sea wall so I can fish at night again.

This place and the people there are dangerous and racist. Someone threw 3 rocks in my bedroom window and broke it. Security said they cant do anything about it and said it was a warning. I have no enemies so he must know something from the people in the building. My friends and family can barely visit since you have to pay to visit. Only 1 parking space. Have to pay for the other additional space every month. Even the people working there must hate it because them security and front desk people be changing almost every week.

Visiting relatives. The security is high, must valet park! Went up to 19 floor, 2 little balconies you can sit out on if your not afraid of heights. Had a nice visit.

Very outdated building. Needs much repair and missing amenities because of such. The staff is absolutely amazing, they deal with the above problems, while maintaining the child like minded, rude residents.

Front desk is EXTREMLY rude. I called regarding an existing condo owner and was told I called the wrong place. Instead of assisting me or transferring the call the woman just hangs out. Seriously? Who handles calls in that fashion if you are answering for the front desk? Ridiculous. Get some competent people please.
