I recently hired Watkins Environmental for a residential asbestos abatement job and am pleased with the overall experience. The team completed the project as quoted and were flexible in scheduling the job to fit our tight schedule. They were very professional in their communication and site visits prior to and throughout the process. They took time to answer all of my questions about the process and their methods for safely removing the material.

There was a minor issue during the job when one of the workers accidentally stepped through the ceiling drywall in a portion of our hallway while doing work in the attic. While it was inconvenient, Watkins was transparent about the situation and informed us of the incident the day it occurred. To make up for it, they offered a credit on the final bill to cover the cost of the repairs, which we greatly appreciated.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Watkins Environmental performed and their professionalism throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone needing asbestos abatement work.

After finding asbestos tile underneath the two layers of carpet in the new commercial space I was leasing I became very discouraged. We had an incident arise during a renovation project that needed to be addressed promptly, and after calling Bryn in the afternoon to explain what we needed, his team was on the ground and ready to go literally the next morning. Great company, fast communication, and clean result.
During floor installation, my floor installers found black tar under wooden floor, so it's asbestos. I really needed to finish my floor in 1 week it's deadline. So I started call different companies and I'm glad that I was able to get Watkins. I got work done within 2 days.
My contact was Bryn, he is the manager. Team that worked in my house was led by Humberto, also great. The workers in the office were also polite and clear.
