This is huge hospital. But the facility is so new and system is so efficient and advanced.
All the staffs are so nice and professional.
The machines are so un to date I think. Dressing rooms are clean and so organized.

From the minute I waded in the front door I was greeted with politeness and professionalism. From technician to her assistant I was treated with respect and kindness. Give them all a raise. The explained everything to me and made me confortable. And so helpful too! Thank you all at wave imagining a very satisfied customer!

Great experience from the service I received on the phone for making the appointment, to being able to fill out paperwork online and submit photos of documents before the appointment which made check in so quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and neat. Very happy coming here and will definitely come get and recommend to others.

As always, my service was quick and easy. Even this time while the tech was training with another young lady, they were very efficient and timely. Very easy to schedule appointments and rescheduling as well. I would come 15 minutes before your appointment, there’s always a couple of people in line checking in.

Front desk are not friendly or kind at all!! Very sad!! Customer service is, NO MORE!! The world needs more kindness & caring!! Arden was ok, but, too robotic. The student with her was very kind & smiled. ( very different name, can’t remember ).

Once I got there, very efficient appointment. 5 stars for tech and facility. 1 star for scheduling. Was seen as an emergency and didn’t have to wait . Technician was friendly and put me at ease immediately. Only criticism is scheduling. It was very difficult. Long wait time on hold to answer, then getting a persona who didn’t seem to know what he was doing snd then getting disconnected in the middle of call. Had to call back and wait again. Second person was better. Scheduling took over a half hour . Way too much recorded messaging.
