We had a bad air conditioner that we had to put a bucket to stop drips and they came got us a fair amazing deal , there techs Larry and Ralph were so kind and incredibly knowledgeably made us really feel confident we picked the right system for our family’s needs.
I called so many company’s and more the. 75% don’t do what they say have no integrity or pride for their work. Most didn’t even show up when we had an appointment.
These guys are real deal always on time and there systems are the most efficient of any service company I ever worked with. 10 stars I will send everyone to them. Thanks Mike and Tara you really don’t come across many companies with service and quality like yours hats off we love the air conditioner. Living in Arizona especially during the summer without AC, can be extremely dangerous. We needed our AC fixed immediately and had been sitting in the house with no AC for about 2 weeks or more. It’s was brutal. I Called and talked to Mike and he assured me he could get someone out right away to evaluate what’s going on. The issue was found and the part was ordered right away. In less than 48 hours my parts had arrived and my AC was fixed by his technician. I couldn’t believe how quick they were able to get it up and running ice cream cold again. I waited to do this review to make sure I didn’t speak too soon. It’s been a couple months now and AC is still performing well and blowing Ice cream cold. Me and family are much happier and very thankful. I’ve ran into a few companies and it seems like a scam and a money grab. Also having to get my AC fixed a few weeks to months later. This company is super legit. They will identify the problem and get it taken care of right away. Thanks Mike to you and your crew for keeping us cooled down in this AZ weather!

Well, we had issues with our Mini Split. We contacted our builder as we are under warranty. They ok'd We Fix It to come check it out. Ralph came once and took care of it first on very short notice. We needed them again and Drew and I think it was Jeremy too. They had to remove it from the back of our house. Then Drew took over from 10am to 3pm at 111 degrees and worked over and above for us. No complaints of the heat at all. He was so concerned about us and about doing his best work. Well, he did better than his best. So, if you need work done ever, be sure to call them and confident that they will get it done and done right. We love "We Fix It." Thanks again, Drew. We appreciate you so much. ?

After years and years of working with other companies with highly questionable quotes at times to service or fix my air conditioning, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Ralph at We Fix It Home Services, LLC. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fair in every regard and fixed my upstairs unit to work better than ever. He was also very patient with all the questions I threw at him and was immediately responsive when I called him. Living in Arizona heat without a good or properly working air conditioning can pretty much feel life threatening at times so knowing there's still honest professionals like Ralph at We Fix It Home Services, LLC is very comforting.
