The receptionist (I believe her name was Trish) was lovely and very helpful.
The manager is completely clueless. He has zero phone manners and is unaware of what his own overnight phone service is telling people. Zero stars if I could. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

10 out of 10 stars. Scheduled an appt promptly. Technician (Sean/Shawn) arrived on time and in under an hour had everything working perfectly again. He was very polite and professional, he even cleaned up the few leaves he tracked in from my woefully unraked yard. He also provided me with the correct size air filter plus info on preventative maintenance, and the yearly maintenance package is well worth the price for the value. Only thing I disliked is that I wasn't allowed to tip him! Will be a return customer and will highly recommend to everyone I know.

My experience with Webb’s has been fantastic. The equipment I’ve bought from them has been excellent. When I first connected with Webb’s, Mr. Webb said, “We can fix your furnace temporarily and that will give you time to get other estimates but you’ll still need a new furnace.” Of course, I bought one from them. Their service is amazing. I’ve never had to wait even a day. One hot summer day, my air conditioner went out in the late afternoon and I called Webb’s expecting to suffer through the night. Mr. Webb answered the phone and said, “I’m going to a meeting tonight and will be passing through your town. May I stop by?” I said, “Sure” but didn’t expect the AC to be fixed. I was wrong! Mr. Webb said the problem was the Freon and fixed it on the spot. Now, what kind of service is that? No wonder I’m pleased with Webb’s! Their techs are excellent as well - very polite, always wear slippers, and leave no mess.
