We want to express our gratitude for the fantastic weekly pool cleaning service. The technician always gives us a heads-up when he’s on his way, which is really thoughtful, even though it’s not required. Our pool was facing the usual early summer algae issue, but the technician mentioned he didn’t have the right chemicals with him. He quickly reached out to his supervisor, Nolan, who arrived in under an hour. Nolan was very skilled with pool chemicals and had our pool sparkling clean in less than a day. Both of them did an excellent job!

our pool started dropping over an inch of water each day, which was alarming! we reached out to weekly neighborhood pool care and they managed to slot us in their schedule 10 days later. geoffrey was eventually able to bring our appointment forward by four more days, which was much appreciated! (other options were a month away). nolan thoroughly inspected and double-checked all potential leak sources using advanced sonar equipment and identified a significant leak in one of the jets! he compiled a detailed report and promptly sent it to us and the pool repair company the same day! we're really thankful for the swift and comprehensive service provided by these pool professionals to resolve our issue! the cost was reasonable, the reaction was speedy, and the detection was exceptional! if you're dealing with a pool leak, we highly recommend this team!

An appointment was booked for the repair, and shortly after, they offered to move it up to an earlier date. Today, geoffrey came right on schedule and did an extensive, professional job. He showed me the large cracks in the pipe, replaced the joint, and even suggested that I hold off on the skimmer since it's working fine at the moment. His honesty was like a breath of fresh air.
