After being in our home for 21 years, my husband and I decided to go solar. We spoke to a few different companies and heard the spiel from each of them. We had reps knocking on our door constantly. Then came along West Bay. They were very thorough and extremely quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The process took approximately 2 months start to finish and they did all the work including pulling permits. I cannot remember the gentleman who originally got our interest, but George (his manager) was amazing. We finally had our panels installed last week and the workers were fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Yesterday we had a visit from someone who told us “we hope you didn’t get screwed because we bought out West Bay”. My husband and I went into panic mode. The gentlemen was from another solar company who was permit poaching. Joe Sardo called me to address the rumor we heard and put my and my husbands mind at ease. He reassured us that this was not true. Sadly there are companies out there that permit poach in hopes that you jump on their wagon. I cannot say enough about the quick responses and the absolute kindness and professionalism that West Bay provides. We will absolutely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you to Joe and George. You’ve helped our pockets immensely.

Westbay was a pleasure to work with on our solar install. Bryce & Zac we’re extremely professional, keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. They made it simple and easy to understand and made sure to be there to answer our questions when we had them (we had plenty). I had an amazing experience with Westbay energy. Carlos Morales and Randy were my representatives, and after the system was installed, the inspector stated they did an excellent job. I spent nothing out of pocket, they got rid of my electric bill, and now I just have a fixed payment that is half of what I use to pay.

The people that installed my solar are nowhere to be found. Will not return my phone calls!!! After two years now my system is stating to fail. Yes it has a 2yr labor warranty that is a piease of crap now I guess I will get my lawyer involved!!!
