By far the best pool company I have ever used! Kids love the pool. The owner is on the job sites, always answers my questions and got everything done in timely manner! Not to mention the workers were very professional and also answered any questions I had. I highly recommend!!!

Going with Frank and West Hernando Pools had to be the best decision myself and my wife made. From the minute I stepped foot in franks office it was an experience that left myself and my wife extremely happy that we decided to go with West Hernando Pools. Frank is a pool guru and guided us during the whole process. This was the first time we put a pool in any of our homes. His team is flawless and craftsmanship is A+. What really impressed me was no matter what day or time I had a question and reached out to Frank he was always there. That is worth everything. Total communication and transparency is key especially with a huge project like this. Not only did my mom go with Frank but I told a buddy of mine who was looking to get a pool about Frank and West Hernando Pools and he went with them as well and we are all extremely happy !! I will continue to brag about Frank and West Hernando Pools to everyone. Thank You Frank !!!

I was gonna call this company and get some work done but it looks like they charge anywhere from $20k-$60k for a big hole dug in your backyard. I mean, that would be good at least once when the rain fills it up maybe? But it would be more of a mud bath really...I can do this myself for like $400-$500. I will pass for now Fraudster Frank.

If you want to work with a totally unprofessional crew, this it. He's been working on our pool 16 months and is not completed. I have had to constantly call Frank the owner whom is always driving out of town. Frank
doesn't want you to talk to anyone else and has an excuse for everything. He always bragging about the 30 years that he has been in business but he is well known for not keeping his customers informed. He might do a nice pool for you but with all the headache I've had and the cost I wish I would have picked someone else for this project.

Ok maybe I can get An answer here. Frank told me that I have to call the Judge Magistrates office to get my final inspection.. months ago he said he would take care of it and set up the inspection.. now he changed his mind..my pool was finished years ago and I am still waiting..I asked him for the phone number to the magistrates office. NO REPLY..thank God i am done with his lies etc.. to this day with all going on he still lies... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE...if anyone wants to keep their friends and relatives DO NOT RECOMMEND him... it's a shame because my pool is beautiful, but it took years FOR it TO BE finished.. I am almost 70 years old and now I have to go crazy to get this final inspection.. THANK YOU FRANK... it's been a pleasure...NOT..SORRY I REFUSE TO LIE...

Worst experience we’ve ever had doing a project at our house. Was left with a crooked pool, a faulty plumbing system, a light that doesn’t work, concrete spray all over my new windows and extremely shotty paver work. Somehow without a final inspection I believe my permit was closed out? I’d never recommend. But great work on the pool at the YMCA Frank!

My family has been blessed to have two amazing pools built and designed by West Hernando Pools. They are an amazing family owned business that keeps producing incredible and innovative custom pools.Their attention to detail is exactly what you want when it comes to building your pool. Frank Bierwiler is a liar and horrible businessman. These positive reviews on this site are bogus! Over 2 years and job still isn’t done, dirt never removed from excavation, his workers are lazy and rude and he is full of excuses. They have no respect for personal property as they sliced our cable line, and ruined our new privacy fence. Don’t be fooled by these fake positive reviews. West Hernando Pools should be shut down permanently and Frank Bierwiler sent to jail like the rest of the pool companies around here!
