Love this store! Staff is always friendly and even though the prices they have are a little high, THEY PRICE MATCH! The manager informed me that all West Marines are trying to get their pricing to a more competitive level and in the mean time they are price matching everyone, even Amazon. All you have to do is ask!

Don't go for any electronics at this place went in looking for a GPS kind of knew what I wanted the young girl that works there was no help to me she didn't know nothing about GPS units the one I was interested in she basically told me it was junk trying to get me into one that was hundreds of dollars more I'll buy what I want somewhere else

I like this store. It's not very big but if I was just browsing I could spend over an hour in there. They had some good specials going on. My buddy bought one combo and one rod at a good price. They always have a good selection and good customer service.

I walked in today with my Week old Simrad GO9 not turning on. The two gentleman took my Simrad hooked to display wire and it will not turn on. The sales guy just walked into the back room came out with new GO9, no questions. Exchanged it took all 10 mins. I had the new one hooked up & in my boat running normal in 20 mins. Now that is GREAT customer service! Thank you 5 stars!
