They are very non responsive after booking and giving billing information and through out the time with the business. They continued to bill me after ai moved out and would not answer the phone or messages through their online portal. I am going to have to cancel the card now and report them as fraud, but I am still out two months rent because they don’t communicate with their renters.

Good storage yard my buddy has a spot here and has let me use it a few times...I have been trying to get a spot my self but nobody gets back to me I have called serval times also emailed many times wish someone would get back to me !
