In 1996 I attended the quality show in Chicago hoping to find a company to build my company, A&A Calibration a metrology laboratory. Of the three companies we talked with, we chose Western Environmental. That was 27 years ago and it's still working today just as well as it did when it was first installed. It helped to give my company credibility and also to maintain accurate measurements down to a millionths of an inch.

Promised us a product called crush would remove coal tar off any surface, they were very pushy talked to their engineer said it would work. Checked to make sure I could return it with no problems if it did not work. They said no problem at all. I had doubts do to using other products in the past. The product did not work like I expected. Went to return it they gave me all kinds of excuses, rude fought with them for 2-3 months every excuse in the world why they would not take it back. I still have it in my office to be returned. A year and a half later I get a collection notice over $234.77 and still cant return this product. These people are crooks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
